The beginning

Meridian Estates began with a simple observation: the most important property decisions rarely benefit from more noise. They benefit from attention. Founded by Clara Beaumont after sixteen years in private residential sales, Meridian was created for clients who value discretion, clear counsel, and a considered pace.

Today, our small team works across the city’s most distinctive homes, from harbour-facing apartments to private family residences. We bring local knowledge, measured negotiation, and an instinct for what makes a place feel like home.
